    As a Business Administrator, reporting to the Planning, Governance and Communications Director, you will play a combined role in supporting effective business governance and ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date, and managed in line with agreed processes. You will gain valuable exposure to business change initiatives and project planning. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Working across all areas of the organisation working with key senior stakeholders, you will develop a broad understanding of the business. This role is also key to ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing efficient administrative support to the CEO, helping them function effectively.

     

    Governance & Business Operations

    • Support the delivery of governance processes by preparing, maintaining, and coordinating documentation in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
    • Maintain governance logs, action trackers, and document registers to ensure visibility of progress and accountability.
    • Organise and store governance documentation, meeting records, and decision logs within an effective digital filing structure.
    • Monitor adherence to governance processes, identifying documentation gaps and suggesting improvements where appropriate.
    • Assist with project planning activities across the organisation.
    • Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure clear oversight and progress monitoring.
    • Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
    • Liaise with stakeholders to gather updates and ensure project information remains accurate and current.
    • Schedule governance and leadership meetings, coordinate calendars, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant documentation in advance.
    • Attend governance, planning, and change meetings to take accurate minutes, record decisions, and track actions through to completion.
