About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and residential projects across London. You will take full ownership of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

This role suits a confident leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, drive performance on site, and maintain exceptional standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end project management across multiple construction sites

  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments

  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure efficient delivery

  • Oversee health & safety compliance and site audits

  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities

  • Monitor progress, produce reports, and resolve issues proactively

  • Ensure all work meets quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (3–5+ years)

  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, Prince2, degree in Construction Management or similar)
